Delivery & Shipping

Our business accept orders via online/website or purchase at our outlet.

Below is our delivery & shipping policy: -

General terms

• We reserved the rights to revise this Delivery & Shipping policies without prior notice.
  
• All orders placed via our cart system will be shipped by local courier service / Grab or Taxi.  Delivery/shipping fee shall be paid by customer during checkout.
• Delivery/shipping is currently limited to Peninsular Malaysia or West Malaysia, only.
• Customers shall include correct and accurate recipient name and delivery address (house/lot number, street names, state and postcode) during the online ordering process. We will NOT responsible for second delivery, delivery attempts or resend due to inaccurate and invalid delivery address.
• Customer shall responsible to ensure there will be someone at home/office/premise to receive the parcel. Customer shall contact respective courier service for next attempts of delivery in case of first delivery failed.
• One delivery destination per order. If you want to deliver same item(s) to multiple locations, please place order separately with different address.
  
• Do NOT accept the parcel if the ordered item(s) come with opened/damaged packaging.
• You can choose to pick up your order at our outlet near your location within 7 days. Order will mark as cancelled if the item(s) is not collect within the stipulated time frame and no refund will be issued for that particular order.
• We reverse the right to cancel any order or refuse to deliver item/parcel for any order(s)
• We will only process your order and arrange delivery after received full payment.
• We will only use standard packaging materisl for any orders. If you have special requirement on packaging, please contact us for quotation and arrangement.

• We offer free delivery within Klang Valley for order more than RM500.
  
• We implement weight-based shipping for parcel delivery, rates may vary based on the weight and delivery location.
  
• The amount of shipping fee is subject to change without prior notice. Customer agree to pay accordance to the latest rate indicate on our cart system during checkout. If you're not agree to the shipping rate, please do not place order.
  
• We reversed the rights to impose additional charges for special requirements requested by customer.

Delivery Schedule

• All completed orders with full payment will be processed and deliver next working day from Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and public holidays).
• Our order processing cut off / closing is 3pm every working day.
• Delivery lead time subject to courier service vendor operation capacity.  In general you will receive your parcel within 2-3 days for Klang Valley and within 3-7 days for other areas within Peninsular Malaysia. Exceptions for  sales, promotions or festives seasons, please expect longer delivery time
  

Additional note on bulk purchase

• Kindly contact us for any bulk purchase.
• Mutual agreement shall be established between customer/you and our company before the delivery initiated. This including transport mode and delivery schedule.
• Customer shall bear all delivery charges.
