Return & Refund
We try to serve our customers in the best manner possible and we always glad to have your business support.
Things may goes wrong and there are time that may trigger replacement, return or refund request related to the products ordered. Below are the guidelines for replacement, return or refund request.
- We reserved the rights to revise this replacement, return and refund policies without prior notice.
- This policy only applicable to all orders placed within this cart system (https://packaging2u.my).
- All return, replacement or refund request shall submit within 7 days from the date of goods received.
- Return request shall initiate via our client portal > order history > view order > click return button for related item. Fill in reason for return request and include additional information according to the web form with item details. Once we received your return request, we will contact you via email, phone or IM as per information registered in our client portal for further action. Please check your email regularly for follow-up.
- Customer shall provide photos of such request for our evaluation & decision making.
- Once the return request is confirmed, you are required to ship the respective item(s) to below return address. Customer is responsible on all return shipping fee and we will not responsible for the lost of parcel/item(s) during delivery transit on the return shipment.

- NO refund or replacement will be entertained if the item(s) have been used or damaged.
- In case of refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original payment mode for online payment (Internet Banking / Credit or Debit Card / e-Wallet). If the payment mode is via manual fund transfer, you're required to provide your us bank details for further refund processing. Name of the bank account shall match the name registered in our cart system.
- Please expect up to 30 days for refund processing.
Acceptance criteria for refund & replacement request
You may intiate return, replacement & refund request of your order if:
- Wrong item received - Product code doesn't match as per your order
- Damaged of exterior packaging - Please reject or DO NOT accept item with damaged exterior packaging.
- Defective products observed upon open of exterior packaging material
